This is the first picture of our baby!
Seeing the little heart beating at 8 weeks really made me get excited for this new little spirit to come to our home.
I think that I was feeling a little detached from this one, because so many people around me have had miscarriages and it was really making me not want to connect.
I pray that everything will go good and I will have a baby in hand this fall!

i am glad that you are finally excited! i hope that all goes well and that we can meet this little baby in the fall.
yeah!!! So cute already. Now we'll have 2 kids that are close in age they can be great friends, (that is if we just lived closer, guess you need to move to SC)!!
Congrats! I was unable to get excited until our ultrasound too so I can totally relate! Keep us updated. :)
